What is the ACTIVE Advantage Bonus Rewards Program?
The ACTIVE Advantage Bonus Rewards Program is an exclusive rewards program for current ACTIVE Advantage members. Every customer who has a current ACTIVE Advantage membership may sign up for the bonus rewards program and become eligible to redeem any offered bonus reward up to one time between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018. These bonus rewards include experiences for active minded individuals (like you!) including Health and Wellness sessions, Live Event Credits, beer and wine tasting and more!
How do I qualify for the ACTIVE Advantage Bonus Rewards?
In order to qualify for ACTIVE Advantage Bonus Rewards, you must be a current ACTIVE Advantage member and maintain your membership between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018.
How many ACTIVE Advantage Bonus Rewards can I receive?
You can redeem each reward starting on January 1, 2018 all the way through to December 31, 2018. There is a limit of one reward type per person, per household and per booking group (group is defined as more than one person accompanying the voucher holder), excluding the Live Event Credit. For example, once you redeem a personal training session, you will not be able to select that reward again.
How do I receive my ACTIVE Advantage Bonus Rewards?
You may redeem each reward one time during the Promotional Period, excluding the Live Event Credit which you can redeem once per quarter (up to four times during the Promotional Period). You can redeem the Live Event Credit once between each of the following time periods: January 1, 2018 – March 31, 2018, April 1, 2018 – June 30, 2018, July 1, 2018 – September 30, 2018 and October 1, 2018 – December 31, 2018. You will need to visit the Rewards page to make a selection. If you select a digital bonus reward you will be asked to confirm your reward choice, once you confirm your choice you will automatically receive an email including a unique partner code as well as a link to the partner website and redemption instructions.

If you choose a live experience, you must submit any required information including your first name, last name, email address and ZIP code on the redeem page and choose the venue you would like to visit. You will be asked to confirm your venue choice and will then be automatically emailed a voucher to bring to the venue. Don't forget to call the venue ahead of time to check availability and to make a reservation if required. Your voucher will expire 3 months from date of issue.

Are there any restrictions to the ACTIVE Advantage Bonus Rewards Program?
You must be a current ACTIVE Advantage member to participate. This reward program is only valid in the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories). There is a limit of one reward type per customer name/address/booking group, excluding the Live Event Credit. Rewards are subject to availability and the value and types of rewards will vary dependent on the geographic location and vendor fulfilling the reward. You must be 18 years of age or older in order to redeem, unless you redeem a Beer or Wine tasting. If you redeem a Beer or Wine tasting, you must be 21 years of age or older. $25 Live Event Credit FAQ's

What is TixFix?
TixFix is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of live event tickets allowing you to save on sports, concerts, theater, events, and much more. They provide fans (like you!) with access to a huge selection of quality event tickets, even when they are sold out elsewhere.
How many times can I redeem my reward?
You can redeem the Live Event Credit up to four (4) times a year! At the start of each quarter, you will be eligible to redeem one (1) twenty-five dollar ($25.00) credit towards a live event of your choice. The dates that you can redeem are: January 1, 2018 – March 31, 2018, April 1, 2018 – June 30, 2018, July 1, 2018 – September 31, 2018 and October 1, 2018 – December 31, 2018. There is a limit of one (1) reward type per person, per household, per email address and per booking group (group is defined as more than one person accompanying the voucher holder) per quarter.
Can I sell my offer?
This offer is not transferable for sale, resale and is not redeemable for cash.
Can I use all of my $25.00 codes at once?
This Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discounts.
Are there any restrictions to the live event ticket credit?
You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older in order to redeem for this reward. There is a limit of one (1) reward per quarter, per customer, per email address and per customer household. You must redeem your twenty-five dollar ($25.00) TixFix Credit Code at TheTixFix.com no later than 11:59PM PT on 12/31/2018. Rewards are subject to availability. Please review the Terms & Conditions for complete details. If you redeem all four (4) times throughout the duration of the year, you cannot stack the codes. Each code must be used on separate transactions.

Personal Trainer FAQ's

What does the personal training session from Find Your Trainer offer include?
This reward includes one (1) free individual personal training session with a participating personal trainer through Find Your Trainer. Sessions may include but are not limited to a sixty-minute (60) session, personal exercising consultation, etc.
Can I redeem this reward more than once?

Can I sell my offer?

What does The Mindfulness App offer include?
This reward includes a three (3) month subscription to the premium service to The Mindfulness App. Included is a 5 day guided introduction to the app, timed sessions from 3-30 minutes, nature background sounds, dashboard with statistics, meditation reminders and daily notices, more than 20-full length courses and 200 meditations covering multiple themes, possibility to listen to content offline and new content added regularly.
How do I download the app?
The Mindfulness App is available for both iOS and Android, and can be downloaded directly from the respective app stores via your link that you receive in your qualified email.
