What is the ACTIVE Advantage Bonus Rewards Program?
The ACTIVE Advantage Bonus Rewards Program is an exclusive rewards program for current ACTIVE Advantage members. Every customer who has a current ACTIVE Advantage membership may sign up for the bonus rewards program and become eligible to redeem any offered bonus reward up to one time (except for the live event credit which can be redeemed once per month) between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020. These bonus rewards include experiences for active minded individuals (like you!) including personal training sessions, live event credits, beer and wine tasting and more!
How do I qualify for the ACTIVE Advantage Bonus Rewards?
In order to qualify for ACTIVE Advantage Bonus Rewards, you must be a current ACTIVE Advantage member and maintain your membership between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020.
How many ACTIVE Advantage Bonus Rewards can I receive?
You can redeem each reward starting on January 1, 2020 all the way through to December 31, 2020. There is a limit of one reward type per person, per household and per booking group (group is defined as more than one person accompanying the voucher holder), excluding the live event credit which can be redeemed once per month (for a maximum of 12 times during the Promotional Period). For example, once you redeem a personal training session, you will not be able to select that reward again.
How do I receive my ACTIVE Advantage Bonus Rewards?
You will need to visit the Rewards page to make a selection. If you select a digital bonus reward you will be asked to confirm your reward choice, once you confirm your choice you will automatically receive an email including a unique partner code as well as a link to the partner website and redemption instructions.

If you choose a Fun Pass bonus reward, you must submit your first name, last name, email address and ZIP code on the redeem page and choose the venue you would like to visit. You will be asked to confirm your venue choice and will then be automatically emailed a voucher to bring to the venue. Don't forget to call the venue ahead of time to check availability and to make a reservation if required. Your voucher will expire 3 months from date of issue.

Are there any restrictions to the ACTIVE Advantage Bonus Rewards Program?
You must be a current ACTIVE Advantage member to participate. This reward program is only valid in the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories). There is a limit of one reward type per customer name/address/booking group, excluding the live event credit. Rewards are subject to availability and the value and types of rewards will vary dependent on the geographic location and vendor fulfilling the reward. You must be 18 years of age or older in order to redeem, unless you redeem a beer or wine tasting experience. If you redeem a beer or wine tasting experience, you must be 21 years of age or older. $50 Live Event Credit FAQ's

What is TheTixFix?
TheTixFix is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of live event tickets allowing you to save on sports, concerts, theater, events, and much more. They provide fans (like you!) with access to a huge selection of quality event tickets, even when they are sold out elsewhere.
How many times can I redeem my reward?
You can redeem the live event credit up to twelve (12) times in the year! At the start of each month, you will be eligible to redeem one (1) fifty dollar ($50.00 USD) credit towards a live event of your choice. Customer must purchase a minimum of two (2) tickets when using the $50.00 USD live event credit.
Can I sell my offer?
This offer is not transferable for sale, resale and is not redeemable for cash.
Can I use all of my $50.00 credit code at once?
Yes, you can use your entire $50.00 credit code in one transaction. Any leftover credit will not be rolled over or saved for future transactions.
Can I use multiple $50.00 credit codes in the same transaction?
No, you cannot stack credit codes and each credit code must be used in separate transactions.
Are there any restrictions to the live event ticket credit?
You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older in order to redeem for this reward. There is a limit of one (1) reward per month, per customer, per email address and per customer household. Customer must purchase a minimum of two (2) tickets from TheTixFix when using each $50.00 live event credit. You must redeem your fifty dollar ($50.00 USD) TheTixFix Credit Code on TheTixFix.com no later than 11:59PM PT on 12/31/2020. Rewards are subject to availability. Please review the Terms & Conditions for complete details. If you redeem multiple times throughout the year, you cannot stack the codes. Each code must be used in separate transactions.

Personal Training Session FAQ’s

What does the FREE personal training session from the National Wellness Network offer include?
This reward includes one (1) free individual personal training session through the National Wellness Network. The reward entitles you to a voucher towards a Zumba class, Yoga class, Pilates class, gym trial membership, personal training session, nutritional consultation or other fitness experience, depending on the participating facilities or independent locations near you. You can preview rewards within 35 miles of your ZIP code here. Once you are qualified and follow the steps provided to select your reward of choice via the National Wellness Network, you will redeem for a reward at either a brick-and-mortar venue, or a digital reward from one of our partners. You will receive an email with further instructions to redeem, as well as a voucher. If you redeemed for a reward at a brick-and-mortar venue, you will need to print out the voucher and bring it with you to the venue selected.
Can I redeem this reward more than once?
Sorry, you can only redeem this reward once during the Promotional Period.
Can I sell my offer?
This offer is not transferable for sale, resale and is not redeemable for cash.
Can I give my fitness voucher to a friend?
Sorry, vouchers are not transferable. The person whose name is printed on the voucher will need to be the one to redeem the reward. Furthermore, if you redeemed for a reward at a brick-and-mortar venue, the person whose name is on the voucher will need to be present at the venue at the time of redemption.
My friend and I both have a National Wellness Network voucher at the same brick-and-mortar venue. Can we go together?
Sorry, your reward is valid for one per customer booking group. A booking group is defined as one or more persons accompanying the voucher holder. You and your friend must make separate appointments.
If I redeem for a brick-and-mortar venue, will I need to bring anything to the venue with me?
Yes, please remember to bring a valid photo ID, as well as the printed voucher that was emailed to you after you confirmed your offer. Also, please call the venue ahead to confirm if there is anything additional that you may need to bring.
Once qualified, how do I receive my Personal Training Session voucher?
If you are qualified, you will receive an email with a Reward Code and instructions to redeem your Free personal training sesesion reward from the National Wellness Network by 11:59 PM PT on 12/31/20. If you have not received an email within five (5) business days, please check your spam mailbox for an email from ACTIVE Advantage. On the National Wellness Network, you will enter the Reward Code provided, followed by your ZIP code. All available rewards within a 35 mile radius will populate. After selecting your reward of choice, you will receive an email with further instructions to redeem, as well as a voucher. The voucher will be valid for 3 months from date of issue.
What if I don’t have any brick-and-mortar reward options in my area?
If there are no brick-and-mortar reward options in your area, you can try inputting a different zip code to see what other options populate. You will also have the opportunity to redeem for one of our digital reward options.
When is the last day I can redeem my Free Personal Training Session reward?
Your Reward Code to be used on the National Wellness Network website will expire at 11:59 PM PT on 12/31/20. All vouchers are valid 3 months from date of issue. The expiration date will be printed clearly on your voucher.
Are there any restrictions to the Free Personal Training Session?
Limit one (1) reward per Customer, per Customer household, and per Customer email address. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older in order to redeem this reward. Offer is subject to change and available while supplies last. Reward valid in the United States (excluding US territories) only. Reward Codes will expire at 11:59 PM PT on 12/31/20. Vouchers are valid for three (3) months from date of issue, and valid for one (1) redemption per booking group. Your Yogaia membership code will expire on 12/31/20. Your membership begins the day you sign up and will expire automatically at the end of the free membership period which is thirty (30) days.
What if I don’t want my membership to auto renew after my 30 day trial ends?
You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time from within the service. If you cancel the subscription you can access the service normally until the end of the billing period. You will not receive a refund for the remaining time.
