What is the ACTIVE Advantage Bonus Rewards Program?
The ACTIVE Advantage Bonus Rewards Program is an exclusive membership program for current ACTIVE Advantage subscribers. Every customer who has a current ACTIVE Advantage subscription may sign up for the bonus rewards program and become eligible to redeem any offered bonus reward up to one time between February 1, 2017 and December 31, 2017. These bonus rewards include experiences for active minded individuals (like you!) including Heath and Wellness sessions, adventure activities, a salon visit, photo shoot and more.
How do I qualify for the ACTIVE Advantage Bonus Rewards?
In order to qualify for ACTIVE Advantage Bonus Rewards, you must be a current ACTIVE Advantage subscriber and maintain your membership between February 1, 2017 and December 31, 2017.
How many ACTIVE Advantage Bonus Rewards can I receive?
You can redeem each reward starting on February 1, 2017 all the way through to December 31, 2017. There is a limit of one reward type per person, per household and per booking group (group is defined as more than one person accompanying the voucher holder). For example, if you redeem a beauty treatment, you will not be able to select that reward again.
How do I receive my ACTIVE Advantage Bonus Rewards?
You may redeem each reward one time during the Promotional Period. You will need to visit the Rewards page to make a selection. If you select a digital bonus reward you will be asked to confirm your reward choice, once you confirm your choice you will automatically receive an email including a unique partner code as well as a link to the partner website and redemption instructions.

If you choose a live experience, you must submit any required information including your first name, last name, email address and ZIP code on the redeem page and choose the venue you would like to visit. You will be asked to confirm your venue choice and will then be automatically emailed a voucher to bring to the venue. Don't forget to call the venue ahead of time to check availability and to make a reservation if required. Your voucher will expire 3 months from date of issue.

Are there any restrictions to the ACTIVE Advantage Bonus Rewards Program?
You must be a current ACTIVE Advantage Subscriber to participate. This reward program is only valid in the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories). There is a limit of one reward type per customer name/address/booking group. Rewards are subject to availability and the value and types of rewards will vary dependent on the geographic location and vendor fulfilling the reward. This reward includes one personal trainer session at a participating fitness facility or independent location near you. Sessions may include but are not limited to: thirty (30), forty-five (45) or sixty (60) minute session, personal exercising consultation, etc.

This bonus reward entitles the bearer to one free beauty treatment that varies from venue to venue and may include but is not limited to: manicure, pedicure, haircut, deep conditioning treatment, blowout, etc.

I clicked on "Notify Me" because there was no beauty treatment reward available in my area, when will I hear back if there is an offer in my preferred area?
Once you submit a "Notify Me", our representatives will work hard to solidify a beauty treatment reward in your area. We will notify you as soon as that offer is identified, which could take 4-6 weeks depending on your area. We will provide an update via email within two (2) weeks. What is a professional photo shoot reward?
This reward is for one free photo shoot, either in studio or on location, with a participating partner, which may include either a free thirty (30) minute or sixty (60) minute session and include either one (1) free 5"x7" print or one (1) digital photo.
